Return Policy

We want you—and your pets—to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging 
• Free of pet hair, damage, or odor

Please email us at chunk@chunkbandanas.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
